- Orders placed before 10:00 am will be eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability.
- Deliveries are made between 06:00 pm. We do not guarantee specific delivery times but will do our best to accommodate requests.
Delivery Fees
- A delivery fee may apply based on the recipient’s location.
- Fees will be calculated at checkout before completing your order.
Delivery Conditions
- Please provide accurate delivery details, including the recipient’s name, address, and phone number.
- If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the order with a neighbor, front desk, or other safe location. In cases where delivery is unsuccessful, re-delivery fees may apply.

We take great care to ensure your flowers and sweets arrive fresh and in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 1 hours of delivery for assistance.
Eligible Refunds/Replacements

- The flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was not delivered due to our error.
Non-Refundable Items
- Orders with incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
- Slight variations in flower arrangements due to seasonal availability.
- Orders refused by the recipient.
